This will be a very 'hands-on' masterclass where you'll learn why some businesses go from strength to strength, while others will crash and burn.

One reason stands head and shoulders above the rest –

THEIR OWNERS KNOW HOW TO WIN MORE CUSTOMERS by consistently:

  • outthinking their competition.
  • out innovating their competition.
  • outperforming their competition.

Key takeaways to energise your business:

  1. The power of planning from the outside in; think like a customer and turn an OK brand into a game-changing brand.
  2. How to create a magical customer experience; understand how WIFM will drive your business; knowing the right questions to ask and knowing when the "hole" is more important than the drill bit.
  3. Destroying the old – creating the new, seeing the opportunities, avoiding the pitfalls, and thriving, not just surviving.

Presented by the joint authors of 17 Rules of Game Changer Thinking.

  • Brand Strategist, Allan Bonsall who spent his business life helping other people shape their success: and
  • Phillip Di Bella who turned his knowledge of coffee into a multi-million dollar business.

2024 is crunch-time for Small Businesses: Increase customer attraction with demonstrated strategies for constrained spending. Change your approach and thrive amidst the challenges!

Strictly limited tickets - don't miss out!
